Fun with Fondue!
To learn more about the three states of matter (solid, liquid and gas) the fourth grade had the chance to try fondue. After many different fondue recipes I finally found one that I liked. After discussing the cooling and heating of chocolate on a molecular level, the students were ready to dive in (with skewers!) for some strawberry and banana fondue fun!
