K2 Explores Fabric
K1's big theme this year is materials. We chose to start off exploring fabric because it is something all students can relate to- we wear it every day! In their classrooms, students have been performing simple experiments with fabric, looking at water interactions and textures. In KIDLAB, students had the opportunity to explore fabric centers. We had a sewing center, a coloring center, a collage center and even a laundry center. Check out the fun we had!
