G3 makes stained glass
As we investigated light energy, we noticed that light can travel through some objects but not through others. We discussed what types of materials might be good for a window and if we would use that same material for a blindfold. We also discovered that sometimes light can travel through a material and come out the other side changed. This is called refraction. Refraction can cause things to look bigger, smaller, distorted and even different colors. We looked at examples of light refraction in artwork, specifically stained glass, and created some of our own. Check out our work!
