_Welcome to the official KIDLAB website!
For those of you who don't know what it is, KIDLAB is an art-based science class at Neighborhood House Charter School in Dorchester, MA. Part classroom, part art studio, part museum and part science lab, kids come down once a week to explore science in a completely different way. In the lab, students will do everything from paper mache a life-sized person to wiring lights for a model house. Some days we drop eggs from the top of the school while other days we are testing different minerals for their unique properties. We build, create, play, sing, read, dance, explore, dissect, eat- we pretty much do it all down here and all in the name of science.
And now you have the chance to see what we do in every day! Each grade has a page. Feel free to browse, look at the pictures, write a comment, check out activities happening in Boston, play some fun science games but most of all, have fun!
Enjoy!
